1. The petitioner prays for rectification of her date of birth recorded in her Aadhar Card.

2. A representation by the petitioner is pending consideration at the end of the UIDAI.

3. Learned advocate representing the respondent authority seeks time to take instruction in the matter.

4. As it appears that the representation of the petitioner is pending consideration for a considerable period of time, accordingly, the Court is not inclined to grant any further accommodation to the respondents.

5. The instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent no. 2 to consider and decide the request made by the petitioner for rectification of her date of birth recorded in her Aadhar Card in accordance with law after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner at the earliest but positively within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order. The formalities to be complied with by the

petitioner for effecting such correction, if permitted, shall be made known to her immediately thereafter.

6. All parties are to act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

7. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
