The present revisional application has been preferred for quashing of the proceedings relating to Narendrapur Police Station Case No. 1087 of 2019 dated 11.08.2019. The present case is one of the series of seven cases referred to in CRR 2896 of 2019.

In view of the observations made in CRR 2896 of 2019 on 18.05.2022, I am of the opinion that no further observation is required in the present revisional application. The present criminal case would be guided by the directions dated 18.05.2022 passed in CRR 2896 of 2019.

The revisional application being CRR 2897 of 2019 is, thus, disposed of.

Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.

All pending connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
