1. Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

2. Considering the materials available in the case diary, the nature and extent of complicity of the petitioners in the commission of the alleged offence as would appear from the case diary and that transaction had taken place between the parties on the basis of a false promise to give a job at the primary school and on that basis fake appointment letters have been issued, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

3. Accordingly, this application for anticipatory bail is rejected.
