It is submitted by the Counsel for the alleged contemnor that this Court's order dated 12th August, 2022 has been complied with.

The District Inspector of Schools (SE), North 24 Parganas shall forward the petitioner's application to the West Bengal Central School Service Commission, who shall take steps in accordance with law.

In those circumstances, the instant contempt application shall stand disposed of.

Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.

There will be no order as to costs.
