Petitioner has approached this Court being aggrieved that in spite of directions passed in TS No. 59 of 2015 on 20.01.2016 and subsequently the same being extended till disposal of the said civil suit, no steps have been taken by the police authorities for implementing the said order.

Petitioner further complains that on or about 18.09.2024 there was a direction by the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 3rd Court, Paschim Medinipur directing the Officer-in-Charge, Garbeta to comply with the order of injunction, thereby restraining the defendants from disturbing the peaceful possession of the plaintiff of the suit property.

Petitioner now submits that on the said property, there are violations of the civil court's

order. For breach of order of the Civil Court, petitioner would approach the same Civil Court being the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 3rd Court, Paschim Medinipur.

Police Authorities would only ensure that there is no breach of peace and public order. With the aforesaid observations WPA 20739 of 2025 is disposed of.
