Having considered the submission of petitioner, and upon perusal of the impugned order, it appears that there is nothing available regarding denial of the interim visitation right of the child for father/petitioner in an application under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act. In the absence of any denial of interim visitation right, this Court is not prepared to pass any direction regarding interim visitation right, if at all made in the pending proceeding under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act.

No further elaboration is needed.

The revisional application is thus disposed of directing the petitioner to take recourse to the provisions of law seeking visitation right for the petitioner/father in respect of his child, and if any such application is filed before the Court below, the same shall be disposed of in accordance with law.

Petitioner is directed to make communication of this order to the learned court below as well as to the learned advocate appearing in the court below for the

opposite party and the opposite party.

With this observation and direction, the revisional application stands disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertakings.
