The writ application has been preferred praying for direction upon the Sub-Divisional Controller (F&S), Malda Sadar, to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 07.07.2025 (Annexure P-4), within a time-bound manner.

It appears that the petitioner's representation dated 07.07.2025 is pending consideration of the respondent no. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's grievance is that though his application has been rejected, the reasons have not been provided.

Accordingly, the writ application is disposed of with the direction that the respondent no. 3/DubDivisional Controller (F& S), Malda Sadar, shall dispose of the said representation dated 07.07.2025

within 60 days from the date of communication of this order on hearing the parties in accordance with law by passing a reasoned order.

WPA 20597 of 2025 is accordingly disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
