Challenging the cancellation of the nomination form submitted by the petitioner to contest the election held in 2008 to constitute the managing committee in Imamnagar High School, this writ petition was preferred. I am of the view that with the passage of time the writ petition has become infructuous and hence, the same is disposed of without any order.

The interim order, if any, stands vacated.

There shall, however, be no order as to costs. Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied as expeditiously as possible. (Partha Sarathi Chatterjee, J.)
