1. This revisional application has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India with a prayer for expeditious disposal of Title Suit No. 304 of 2013.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that the Suit is pending since 2013 and prays for necessary direction for expeditious disposal of the Suit.

3. Considering the nature of the prayer of this revisional application, which will not prejudice to the parties in any manner, the service of notice stands dispensed with.

4. Learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 2nd Court, Barrackpore, District 24 Parganas (North) is requested to dispose of the Title Suit No. 304 of 2013 preferably within six months from the date of reopening after Puja Vacation, 2024 after disposing all inter locutory applications, if there be any,

providing sufficient opportunity of hearing to either of the parties, but without granting unnecessary adjournment, unless there is extreme urgency.

5. Petitioner is directed to make communication of this order to the learned court below as well as to the learned advocate appearing on behalf of the opposite parties before the Trial Court as well as opposite parties.

6. With this observation, the revisional application stands disposed of.

7. Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertakings.

8. All the parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official web site of this Court.
