Despite service, no one appears on behalf of the de facto complainant.

Report filed on behalf of the State regarding issuance of proclamation is also taken on record.

Considering the incriminating materials available in the case diary including the statements of the victim made before a learned Magistrate alleging that the petitioners were standing guard when the offence was committed by the principal accused and the fact that the proclamation has already been issued against the present petitioners, I do not consider this is to be a fit case for granting anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected.
