1. The petitioner is directed to serve a copy of the revisional application upon Mr. Begg, learned advocate who ordinarily appears for the State. His appointment may be regularized by the concerned authorities.

2. Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is aggrieved with the fact that the petitioner was arrested on 4th June 2022 and since then, he is in custody. The investigating agency, according to the petitioner, has submitted charge sheet relying upon 18 witnesses but till date, charge has not been framed by the jurisdictional Court.

3. Having regard to the anxiety expressed by the petitioner, I am of the opinion that the same is justified. Accordingly, the Learned Trial Court is directed to consider the issue relating to framing of charges on 24th November 2023, i.e. the next date so fixed or within a month thereafter.

4. The Learned Trial Court would fix a schedule consisting of 3 dates and fix a schedule once in every 75 days, so that the trial of the case can be taken to its logical conclusion within a reasonable period of time. If, in course of trial the Trial Court is

of the opinion that certain witnesses are reluctant to appear, in that case direct communication should be made to the Superintendent of Police regarding the availability of the witnesses on the date so fixed before the Trial Court.

5. The Public Prosecutor conducting the case would produce material exhibits and documents on the date fixed for examination of the witnesses.

6. All stakeholders should cooperate with the Learned Trial Court so that the trial be concluded at the earliest.

7. With the above direction, the revional application being CRR 3195 of 2023 is disposed of.
