Heard learned lawyers for the parties.

Having considered the materials on record disclosing prima facie involvement of the petitioner/husband in throttling the victim/housewife who suffered homicidal death, we are of the opinion he does not stand on the same footing with coaccuseds who have been enlarged on bail and this is not a fit case to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
