None appears to represent the victim lady.

Heard the submission of the learned Advocates. 4.

The petitioner is in custody for more than 10 months. However, two accused persons are still at large and an anticipatory bail prayer is still pending. Admittedly, he is not the principal witness but considering the facts and circumstances and gravity of the offence, more so the de facto complaint is the daughter of the present petitioner and that the trial has not yet been commenced, this Court does not find it a fit case to pass any favourable order in this regard since the possibility of tampering of witness cannot be ruled out.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail stands rejected. 6.
