In the meantime, charge-sheet has already been submitted before the Jurisdictional Court. There are no complaints that the petitioner has violated the conditions imposed upon him.

Accordingly, the bail which was granted on 11.11.2022 is hereby confirmed.

If on bail, the petitioner shall meet with the Investigating Officer once in a fortnight. The petitioner would inform his address to the Learned A.C.J.M., Durgapur as also the Investigating Officer of the case where he would be residing. If the petitioner intends to leave for Delhi he would take permission from the Learned A.C.J.M., Durgapur who

after hearing learned Public Prosecutor would consider the plea of the petitioner and for a specified period allow him to travel. With the aforesaid observations, C.R.M.(SB) 270 of 2022 is disposed of.
