Order dated June 28, 2018 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, In-Charge, granting anticipatory bail to the private opposite party is under challenge in the present application. The learned Sessions Judge considered the materials in the case diary including the statements recorded under Section 161 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and returned a finding that custodial detention of the private opposite party was not necessary. The police complaint relates to an immovable property. It is the claim of the de facto complainant that, the private opposite party is in possession on the basis of a fake title deed. The police complaint, therefore, revolves around a document. We, therefore, find no reason to interfere with the impugned order.

The certified copy of the impugned order is already on record. C.R.M. 8613 of 2018 is dismissed.
