1. This is an application for cancellation of bail.

2. On a number of occasions, opposite party No. 2 was directed to appear personally. Lastly on 30.08.2023 in presence of his learned Counsel he was also directed to appear personally today. Neither opposite party No. 2 nor his Counsel is present in Court. This exposes an insolent stance of opposite party No.2 to evade the process of law.

3. Accordingly, we are constrained to cancel the bail of opposite party No. 2 and direct non-bailable warrant to be issued for his apprehension. Trial court shall take necessary steps for issuance of such process and its execution in accordance with law.

4. The application being CRM(DB) No. 3098 of 2022 is disposed of.
