The application being IA NO. CAN 1 of 2017(Old No. CAN 11745 of 2017) is taken up for consideration when accommodation has been prayed for on behalf of the applicants.

It appears that previously on 24th February, 2023 accommodation was prayed for on behalf of the applicants and the same was granted thereby the matter was fixed for hearing on 3rd March, 2023. Today identical prayer has been made on behalf of the applicants seeking accommodation which is refused.

On perusal of the application it appears that applicants have prayed for release of arrear salaries with effect from 1st May, 1999 being the date of upgradation of the school with interest. This Court has considered the prayer couched in the writ petition. It appears that the applicants have prayed for issuance of revised approval order. It further appears that approval has been accorded by the concerned District Inspector of Schools (SE), South 24 Parganas, vide memo dated 10th December, 2010 in favour of the petitioners with effect from 18th June, 2010.

Moreover connected writ petition and contempt application being WPA 19546 of 2015 and CPAN 1947 of 2015 were disposed of vide orders dated 3rd September, 2015 and 16th June, 2016 respectively.

Therefore present application for appropriate order is not maintainable.

Accordingly, the application being IA NO. CAN 1 of 2017(Old No. CAN 11745 of 2017) stands dismissed.

Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings.
