Notice of self-demolition dated 24th August, 2020 issued by the Assistant Engineer, Howrah Municipal Corporation, Building Department in respect of the unauthorized construction at 204 and 205, Sri Ram Dhang Road, Ward No.03 under the Howrah Municipal Corporation is impugned in the present writ petition. The notice mentions that the construction has been made in deviation from the sanction plan in respect of the G+2 storey and the 3rd, 4th and the 5th floors have been constructed without any sanction plan.

The writ petition fails and is hereby dismissed.

Howrah Municipal Corporation is directed to take steps in accordance with law.
