Learned counsel on behalf of the opposite party has submitted that in course of pendency of this revisional application, the petitioner/plaintiff of the Title Suit being No. 469 of 2018 already transferred the subject property to the opposite party No.2 of this revisional application who has already filed an application under Order 1 Rule 10(2) read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure.

4. In support of this contention, learned counsel on behalf of the opposite party No.1 has submitted the copy of the application before this Court.

5. Considering the absence of the petitioner without taking any steps as well as given circumstances, the instant revisional application stands dismissed.

6. Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertakings.

7. All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
