Seeking a direction upon the respondents to appoint the petitioner in the post of Driver-cum-Mechanic under the exempted category in Krishi Vigyan Kendra Ashokenagar, the present writ petition was preferred. I am of the view that with the passage of time the writ petition has become infructuous and hence, the same is disposed of without any order.

The interim order, if any, stands vacated.
