Ms. Sreyasree Choudhury ... ... for the petitioner Ms. Choudhury, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that there is a typographical mistake in the order dated 7th August, 2025 and she prays for correction of the same.

On perusal of the order dated 7th August, 2025, it is revealed that in the fifth line of the second paragraph of the second page instead of "revised gratuity and revised arrear pension amount" in the instant writ petition, it should be read as "arrear family pension amount" The other portion of the order dated 7th August, 2025 shall remain the same. The parties shall act in terms of the copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
