1. The writ petitioner complains that the private respondent is interfering with the peaceful possession of the land-in-question.

2. Both the petitioner and the private respondents are claiming to be owners of the same land.

3. The dispute is purely civil in nature. Appropriate civil remedies may be sought by the parties before the Civil Court.

4. Kaliganj Police Station has taken out proceeding under Sections 107/116 of the Cr. P. C. Strict vigil shall be maintained by the Kaliganj Police Station at the locale. Police shall ensure that there is no breach of peace in the area.

5. The writ petition is disposed of.

6. There will be no order as to costs.

7. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
