1. The petitioner is directed to serve a copy of the revisional application upon Ms. Ratna Ghosh, learned advocate who ordinarily appears for the State. Her appointment may be regularized by the concerned authorities.

2. The petitioner is aggrieved by the issuance of the warrant of arrest by the Learned Additional Sessions Judge, 2nd Court at Hooghly in S.C. 213 of 2022 arising out of Balagarh Police Station Case no. 147/2019 dated 30th August 2019 under Sections 489B/489C of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Records reflect that on 25th July 2023, date was fixed by the Learned Sessions Judge for framing of charges. The accused person/petitioner, Sk. Manarul @ Manarul Sk. was absent by filing a petition and the learned Court was pleased to issue warrant of arrest.

4. The next date has been fixed on 27th September 2023. If the petitioner appears before the learned Additional Sessions Judge, 2nd Court at Hooghly who is in seisin of S.C. 213 of

2022,by 15th September 2023 and the records of the case reflect that he was earlier on bail, then the Learned Trial Court would allow him to continue on the same bail and bond with a condition that for the next 3 months, he would meet with the Inspector-in-charge of Balagarh Police Station once in a week and obtain acknowledgment from him.

5. If the petitioner does not surrender by 15th September 2023, in that case on 18th September 2023, the Learned Trial Court, irrespective of execution return being submitted by the concerned police station, would proceed with the next stage of harsher process of law.

6. With the above directions, the revisional application being CRR 3201 of 2023 is disposed of.

7. Pending application, if any, is also disposed of.
