Chatterjee ... for the respondent nos.6&7 Re Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the writ petition having been preferred, the investigation of Eco Park PS Case No. 188 of 2024 dated 26.08.2024 has been taken to its logical conclusion. Consequently, chargesheet has been submitted before the jurisdictional court on or about 17th May, 2025.

The petitioner, presently, complains that he is subjected to threat.

Accordingly, the petitioner would take out an appropriate application before the learned jurisdictional Magistrate in seisin of Eco Park PS Case No. 188 of 2024. The learned Magistrate will assess the threat perception of the petitioner by calling for a threat perception report from the police authorities, thereafter, pass necessary directions under the Witness Protection Scheme, 2018.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 21287 of 2024 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.
