1. Petitioner has assailed the order dated 22.06.2022 whereby learned Magistrate directed her to pray for return of the seized articles in relation to the specific case in which the seizure has been made.

2. In view of the nature of the order wherein liberty has been given to the petitioner to seek return of seized articles by making appropriate prayer in the specific case, I find no reason to interfere with the said order.

3. Accordingly, CRR 3575 of 2024 is disposed of. (Joymalya Bagchi, J.)
