Biplab Kumar Dey v. Union Of India & ANR.

19.03.2025 cm CRR 3655 of 2011 (BIplab Kumar Dey. -vs- Union of India & Anr.) Inadvertently typographical error crept in judgment dated 07.11.2024.

In the 2nd line of the 18th Paragraph of the judgment dated 07.11.2024 ' CRR 2655 of 2011' shall be read as 'CRR 3655 of 2011'.

Department is directed to make necessary correction to that effect in the judgment dated 07.11.2024. Other portions of the order shall remain the same. Copy of the order be sent to the Department for immediate compliance.
