The present revisional application was preferred challenging the FIR which was filed in connection with Burdwan Sadar Police Station 833 of 2016 dated 09-08-2016. On the same issue another revisional application was filed. Record of this revisional application reflects that chargesheet has already been submitted before the jurisdictional court in the year 2017.

Having regard to the fact that the FIR was challenged in the year 2016, I am of the opinion that the present revisional application is infructuous. Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 3464 of 2022 is dismissed as infructuous. The learned jurisdictional court in this case being Burdwan Sadar Police Station Case No. 833 of 2016 would follow the directions passed in CRR 506 of 2023.
