The petitioner is an Assistant Teacher in Work Education of Paschim Surendranagar Adarsha Banipith, District: 24 Parganas (South).

The petitioner applied for general transfer under the 'Utsashree Portal, her application has been returned with the remarks that she is not within the 10 per cent of Senior-most Teachers applied for transfer.

This Court does not find any reason to interfere with the impugned decision, besides the portal is under suspension.

WPA 21026 of 2022 is therefore dismissed without any order as to costs.
