Despite service, opposite party is not represented. This is an application wherein the petitioner has prayed for expeditious disposal of the application filed by the petitioner/accused person dated 7th February, 2023.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that in spite of long pendency of the application, the Court below has not taken up the application as yet and for which the petitioner is facing lot of sufferings. It appears that the prayer made by the petitioner is innocuous and accordingly it is allowed.

The application, being C.R.R. 3590 of 2024 is hereby disposed of with a direction upon the Court below to dispose of the application dated 7th February, 2023 preferably by the next date of hearing i.e. 21st December, 2024 or within a period of two weeks thereafter. (Dr. Ajoy Kumar Mukherjee, J. )
