Petitioner renews his prayer for bail. He submits he is not the principal accused and the incident occurred in course of a sudden quarrel. He prays for bail.

Learned Advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner and co-accuseds misbehaved with the womenfolk in course of a marriage ceremony. Father of the lady objected and was assaulted to death. Statements of witnesses implicate the petitioner in the murder.

Keeping in mind the aforesaid incriminating materials and as prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected earlier on merits, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
