1. Learned advocates for the parties are present.

2. By order dated 13th December, 2025 this appeal was disposed and settled by the Hon'ble National Lok Adalat. However, as it is observed in the order that Rs.85 Lacs to the respondents be disbursed upon furnishing proper proof of identification and Bank Account details but not mentioned that respondent Nos. 3 and 4 are minor, it is clarified and ordered that the respondent No. 1/Debi Ghosh will withdraw the claim amount on behalf of the minor children respondent Nos.3 and 4. Thereafter, the respondent No. 1 shall take necessary steps as directed by the learned Trial Court.

3. The minority of respondent Nos. 3 and 4 be recorded and the necessary rectification be made in the cause title by the department within two weeks.

4. The application CAN 2 of 2026 stands disposed of. (Biswaroop Chowdhury, J.)
