1. Heard learned lawyers for the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record. 290 bottles of phensedyl syrup was recovered from the possession of the petitioner and co-accused. Chemical examiner's report has also been placed before the trial court. Bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected earlier in July 2023.

3. Hence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

4. Accordingly prayer for bail is rejected.
