1. This matter is listed at the instant of the appellant for correction of typographical mistake which has been crept up in the judgment dated 27.08.2025.

2. It is brought to the notice of this Court that inadvertently at the first page of the said judgment it is written as "27.0.2025" instead of "27.08.2025". This mistake is apparent.

3. Let the correction be made accordingly.

4. It is further contended by the learned Advocate for the appellant that in the said judgment direction was given upon the appellant to deposit the fine amount which was assessed by the Court as Rs. 5,000/- within one month from this day and the period for depositing the fine amount as mentioned in the said judgment may be extended for a further time.

5. Let the period of time for depositing the fine amount is extended and the appellant is directed to deposit the fine

amount within two weeks after reopening of this Court following "Puja Vacation".

6. This order shall be conjointly read with the judgment dated 27.08.2025.
