1. Report in the form of affidavit filed by the respondent no. 3, the Secretary, South 24-Parganas Regulated Market Committee in Court today is taken on record.

2. It appears that despite repeated opportunities granted to the petitioner, she was unable to show any evidence regarding maintenance of the plants in terms of the contract given by the Regulated Market Committee in the year 2021.

As the Authority negates the contention of the petitioner that she took steps for maintenance of the plants, accordingly, the Authority is denying to make any payment to the petitioner.

The petitioner streneously denies the stand of the Authority.

It appears that the very factum of maintenance of plants is denied by the Authority. As such, no direction can be passed upon the Authority for releasing any payment to the petitioner.

It will be open for the petitioner to take steps in the matter for seeking payment before the competent forum, in accordance with law, if so advised.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
