The West Bengal Board of Secondary Education was directed to issue appointment letter in favour of the petitioner by ten days from 18.05.2023. learned advocate for the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education has intimated this court that the appointment letter is ready. The petitioner has been asked to collect it from the Board's office. One copy of the intimation dated 23.06.2023 has been produced by Ms. Bhattacharya which is kept on record.
