Mr. Raj Kumar Sain ..for the petitioner Mr. Srikanta Paul ..for respondent no.7 Mr. Gopal Chandra Das ..for KMC Mr. Debjit Mukherjee ..for the State The petitioner alleges that an order of demolition dated September 9, 2021 passed against respondent no.7, has not yet been implemented.

Learned advocate representing respondent no.7, on the other hand, submits that against the order of demolition dated September 9, 2021, a stay order dated September 29, 2022 has been passed in C.O. 1874 of 2021 (Sri Debashis Majumder versus Corporation of Calcutta & Ors.) for a period of six months from the date of the order or till the disposal of the appeal pending before the Building Tribunal. A copy of the stay order dated September 29, 2022 has been produced before this Court.

In view of the aforesaid facts, there is no scope to entertain this writ petition.

Accordingly WPA 20676 of 2023 is dismissed.
