For the Respondents The matter has come up under the heading 'Application' at the instance of the 2nd respondent. In the present application being CAN 2 of 2021 the 2nd respondent has prayed for modification/clarification/setting aside of the order dated 29th September, 2021 passed by this Court. None appears for the 2nd respondent.

Record reveals that the writ petition has been disposed of by an order dated September 29, 2021 directing the 2nd respondent to implement the award dated 29th August, 2012 and pay the remaining sum due to the petitioners along with 6 per cent interest per annum, such interest being payable from the date on

which the amount fell due till the payment of the amount. Such payment was directed to be made within a period of two months from the date of communication of the order.

It appears that the 2nd respondent is not interested in proceeding with the application being CAN 2 of 2021. As such, CAN 2 of 2021 is dismissed for default.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Urgent certified website copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of requisite formalities.
