The present revisional application has been preferred against an order dated 06.04.2021 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, 1st Court, Lalbagh, Murshidabad in Criminal Revision No.20/2019 thereby inter alia setting aside the order dated 04.09.2019 of interim maintenance passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Lalbagh in M.R No.783/2018. Learned counsel for the opposite party in the revision has filed a copy of the certified copy of an order dated 15.06.2024 wherein it appears that the case before the trial court has been disposed of on compromise. A copy of the said order has been served upon the learned counsel for the petitioner. The present revisional application is accordingly disposed of as infructuous in view of the order of compromise before the trial court.

All applications connected thereto stand disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court at once.
