Petitioners renews their prayer for bail. It is submitted petitioners are in custody for one year and three months. Learned Advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

We have considered the materials on record. There are ample evidence connecting the petitioners with the murder. Trial is in progress. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioners is rejected.

We request the trial court to conduct the trial with utmost expedition and conclude the same at an early date preferably within one year from the next date fixed for recording evidence without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
