2. The petitioner has been issued his promotion orders and he has joined the post. The same has been made subject to certain decisions pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court.

3. This Court is of the view that the order in question has been complied with.

4. Hence, nothing further remains to be adjudicated in the contempt application.

5. CPAN 1405 of 2024 shall stand disposed of.

6. Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.

7. There shall be no order as to costs.

8. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
