In view of the order sought and proposed to be passed, there is no necessity to issue notice upon the opposite party. However, the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner shall be obliged to forward a copy of this application along with this order upon the opposite party or upon the learned advocates representing the opposite party before the learned trial judge.

The learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the suit is pending from the year 2014. From the ordersheets appended to this application this Court finds that 3rd November, 2025 has been fixed for evidence of plaintiff witness no.2.

In view thereof, C.O. 3256 of 2025 stands disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 1st Court at Paschim Medinipur to make an endeavour to

dispose of Title Suit No. 213 of 2014 as expeditiously as possible but preferably within a period of nine months from the next date fixed without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties. This order has been passed taking note of the fact that the suit is at the evidence stage and pending from the year 2014.

There shall be, however, no order as to costs. Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
