The petitioner is an Assistant Teacher in Bengali of Baikunthapur High School (HS), District: 24 Parganas (South).

The petitioner applied for general transfer under the ' Utsashree Portal', her application has been returned from the school's end with the remarks that 10 per cent of teachers of the said school have already taken general transfer.

This Court does not find any reason to interfere with the impugned decision, besides the Portal is now under suspension.

WPA 21043 of 2022 is therefore dismissed without any order as to costs.
