The writ petitioner complains that the private respondents taking advantage of her husband's absence on work, have encroached upon her property and have caused damage thereat.

The petitioner has complained to the Daspur Police Station. Daspur Police Station has registered FIR and has completed investigation. Charge Sheet No. 499 of 2022 dated 27.12.2022 under Sections 447/341/323/506/34 of the IPC has been filed.

This Court finds no inaction on the part of the Police. For any further grievance against the private respondents, appropriate civil remedies may be sought by the petitioner.

The report of the Daspur Police Station dated 17.04.2023 is taken on record.

5.

The writ petition is disposed of.

6.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
