The question arises for consideration whether the petitioner participated in 1st State Level Selection Test 2016 (Upper Primary) being TET (Upper Primary) 2015 qualified candidate. Though certain statements are made in this writ petition but on posing query to the learned advocate representing the petitioner for production of admit card in support of participation of the petitioner in the aforesaid selection process, satisfactory explanation is not found. No details relating to participation of the petitioner in the aforesaid selection process are provided for example admit card and roll number.
The learned advocate representing the Commission has made specific submissions that in absence of details
relating to participation of the petitioner in the aforesaid selection process specially roll number the commission is not in a position to apprise this Court with regard to the fate of the participation of the petitioner in the said selection process.
On granting repeated chance to the petitioner to produce admit card in support of appearance of the petitioner in the aforesaid selection process the same is not produced before this Court neither the roll number is supplied.
In view of aforesaid situation this Court does not have any other option but to arrive at a conclusion that the petitioner has not participated in the aforesaid selection process.
In view of aforesaid situation no relief can be granted to the petitioner in consideration of the present writ petition.
Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings.
