Report reflects that the tea bags which were seized in connection with Raghunathganj Police Station Case No. 713 dated 10.08.2022 were handed over by the transporters to the consignee. As such, the purpose for which the present revisional application was filed regarding the amount of the bond being excessive has become infructuous.

As such, the petitioner would be at liberty to take steps in accordance with law before the learned trial court. The revisional application being CRR 3212 of 2023 is, thus, disposed of.

Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.
