It is submitted on behalf of respondent no. 4 that the hearing has been concluded and the final order would be passed on the representation within ten days from date. Mr. Ali, Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent no. 4 informs this Court that he has received such instructions from the respondent no. 4 himself. In view of the above submissions, no further order needs to be passed.

CPAN 463 of 2025 in WPA 21325 of 2024 stands disposed of in view of the above submissions made on behalf of the respondent no. 5. The respondent no. 5 is
