Gani Mallick ... for the respondent nos. 10, 11, 12 and 13 The petitioner is aggrieved by the act and actions of the private respondents particularly with regard to free egress and ingress in respect of the property which he claims to be brought by him.

State has submitted a report which reflects that earlier in WPA 13725 of 2025, there were directions for the police authorities to ensure that no untoward incident results because of the inimical relationship existing between the petitioner and the private respondents.

The police authorities already have

drawn up a proceeding under Section 126 of the BNSS.

Having considered that the police authorities have taken steps for maintaining peace and tranquility, I am of the opinion that, in case, any further untoward incident occurs, the police authorities would approach the learned Executive Magistrate for imposing stringent conditions on the bond either already furnished and/or proposed to be furnished in connection with the proceeding under Section 126 of the BNSS.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 20752 of 2025 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record. Copy of the report be handed over to the petitioner.
