Petitioner is in custody for more than 200 days. He submits co-accused are on bail. He renews his bail prayer. 2.

Learned lawyer for the State submits bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected earlier on merits.

We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner was present at the place of occurrence and had participated in the trial. Thereafter, he absconded for a protracted period of time. His bail prayer has been rejected earlier on merits in March 2023. We do not find any substantial change in the circumstances since then. 4.
