Report is placed on record.

From the report it appears that there is mismatch with regard to the father's name of the petitioner in the voter's identity card and other documents.

In view of the aforesaid dichotomy and the nature of allegation, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
