In compliance with the order dated 26.06.2023 the respondent No. 2 i.e. Ms. Aparna Sil, is present in court today. Her personal appearance is noted and dispensed with. The learned advocate for the State has filed a report stated that the petitioner No.1 i.e. Ranjit Seal has expired on 04.11.2015, petitioner No. 2 i.e. Banku Bihari Sil has expired on 07.03.2019 and petitioner No.3 i.e. Mira Seal has expired on 29.09.2022 supported by a copy of the death certificate. Let the said report be kept on record.

Under such circumstances, the instant revisional application and connected application have become infructuous and disposed of.

Copy of the order be sent to the trial court for information.
